INTERIOR - Some stains and odors cannot by fully removed, and may have additional charges determined by estimate.

EXTERIOR - Cars with heavy oxidation or overspray may not achieve desired results and could further damage the paint.

ENGINE DEGREASE - Any motor has a risk of not starting after cleaning. Signature Detailing will not be held responsible for engine/warning lights that come on or engine malfunction or damage due to engine cleaning. All personal items and stereo must be removed from vehicle.

Signature Detailing will not be held responsible for misplaced or stolen items. I hereby understand the conditions of my vehicle and have removed all personal items from it. I authorize the above work to be done and hereby authorize Signature Detailing to carry forth approved work, using the materials deemed necessary. I understand the warnings and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Signature Detailing will, not be held responsible for equipment failure including but not limited to; dashboard buttons and switches, door locks, window buttons, radios, stereos, antennas, or anything electrical that may fail due to cleaning. No employee has authority to increase our liability.
